• Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order confirmation, proforma invoice, or bill generation.
• Payments may be accepted via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other modes as mutually agreed.
• In some cases, an advance payment may be required to confirm your order.

5. Orders, Delivery & Pickup

• Orders may be placed by visiting our store, contacting us by phone/WhatsApp, or submitting an enquiry via our website.
• Delivery is typically available in and around Erattupetta and nearby areas, subject to logistics and feasibility.
• Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order and may vary due to traffic, weather, or supplier-related delays.
• Free delivery, if offered, is subject to order value, distance, and our current delivery policy.
• Customers are requested to check materials at the time of delivery or pickup for quantity and obvious physical damage.

6. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

As building materials are often cut-to-size or specially ordered, returns and cancellations may be limited. In general:

• Custom-cut materials, special orders, or items damaged after delivery are usually not eligible for return.
• Any request for replacement due to manufacturing defect or damage must be raised within a reasonable time and supported with proof (photos, invoice, etc.).
• Cancellations before dispatch may be permitted at our discretion, and any refund/adjustment will be handled case-by-case.

7. Warranties & Manufacturer Terms

• Some products (such as branded marine plywood, Multiwood, or locks) may carry manufacturer warranties.
• Warranty terms, if applicable, are governed by the respective manufacturer’s policy and conditions.
• RTB TRADERS will assist in connecting you with the manufacturer or authorised service support where possible, but we are not responsible for decisions taken by the manufacturer.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure that the selected product type, size, thickness, and grade are suitable for your specific project.
• Engage qualified professionals (carpenters, contractors, architects, etc.) to handle installation and usage.
• Store materials properly to avoid damage due to moisture, mishandling, or improper stacking.

9. Online Enquiries & WhatsApp Quotes

When you submit an enquiry form or contact us via WhatsApp:

• You authorise us to contact you by phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp regarding your enquiry.
• Quotes shared through WhatsApp or phone are indicative and may be revised until the order is confirmed.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure quality and accuracy, RTB TRADERS shall not be liable for:
